Boxing 101
A range of different drills designed to get the blood pumping. Works all the muscles and provides a constant pulse raising workout! Great for all round fitness!
Different stations all with a different theme and fitness benefit. A 45 minute workout certain to cover all areas!
Ever wanted to learn the basics of boxing? Well now you can in this class for the novices. No previous experience or co-ordination necessary! Fun for all ages!
 
Crunches & Punches:
KO Kids (8-15):

What do you get when you combine a great boxing workout with sets of abdo work thrown in? The complete session that's what! Tough but rewarding!
Class designed specifically for the kids. Combines self defence exercises with fitness exercises to help teach health, confidence and discipline all in the one class.
Great for the young ones!

A traditional boxing workout that includes rounds on the heavy bag, speedballs, and hand pads as well as skipping and other boxing drills.
A workout professionals would be proud of!
