**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
**All participants MUST fill out a medical questionnaire before joining in classes. Those under 18 years of age must also have a parent or guardian's signature of permission**
**Towel and waterbottle essential**
**Handwraps strongly recommended (Available for $10). Inexperienced boxers can hurt hands very easily and handwraps offer vital extra support. Staff will help you with wrapping**
** We strongly recommend you book for most classes to avoid missing out on a spot (particuarly Thursday night Cardio Box Blitz). All classes have limits so don't be dissapointed!**
**Sparring is conducted every Thursday night during the 7pm class (optional); mouthguards are compulsory when sparring.


EXPLANATION OF WORKOUT SESSIONS

BOXING

CARDIO BLITZ

An authentic boxing session where you will do everything a real boxer would do including footwork and combinations as well as pumping through great fitness training.
Pound the heavy bags, practice your skills on the pads, spar (optional) and before you know it your a fully fledged boxer!
(Handwraps compulsory)

This is where we turn the music down, pair up and spend the entire session focusing on particular boxing techniques.
Be it uppercuts, hooks or simply how to move while under pressure, this is where we get serious about teaching you the finer points of boxing.
Guaranteed to really get the pulse racing!
A 45-minute power session of 1-minute rounds including everything that makes up the SupaBox reportoire.
Watch the calories burn with this kilo-buster!
 
CIRCUIT

12 different stations done in rotation during this action packed 45-minute session.
Combine different exercises with constant punching and your on your way to an energetic, fun and rewarding workout.
Tough but the results will speak for themselves!

An early morning mix of running, pushups, situps and anything else you can think of mixed in with boxing drills crammed into a 45 minute workout.
Nothing is left to chance as we cover everything that will guarantee to get you in the best shape ever!
Camps kick off the first Monday of every month and involve a total of 12 sessions.

For the kids who want to learn boxing.
Covers core boxing drills including footwork, defensive skills and combinations along with lots of fun and fitness drills.
Great for confidence, self defence and basic introduction to the sport of boxing.
*For kids 9 years of age and up

 
LITTLE RIPPERS
COMPETITION

Class just for the little ones.
A 30 minute session with lots of fun and games as well as
activities all with a boxing theme.
Nothing too serious, just a great introduction to boxing and a great way to meet and interact with other children.
*For kids 5-8 years of age.

We also cater for boxers looking to compete at either amateur or professional level.
