**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
**All participants MUST fill out a medical questionnaire before joining in classes. Those under 18 years of age must also have a parent or guardian's signature of permission**
**Towel and waterbottle essential**
**Handwraps strongly recommended (Available for $10). Inexperienced boxers can hurt hands very easily and handwraps offer vital extra support. Staff will help you with wrapping**

EXPLANATION OF WORKOUT SESSIONS

BOXOUT
BOXING
TURBO BOX

An authentic boxing session where you will do everything a real boxer would do.
Pound the heavy bags, skip rope, practice your skills on the pads and do some great conditioning training and before you know it your a fully fledged boxer!
(Handwraps compulsory)

Learn footwork, punching, combinations and other techniques to make you the real deal.
Whether you want to learn self defence or intend to fight competitively this is the class where it all starts!

Guaranteed to really get the pulse racing!
A 45-minute power session of 1-minute rounds including everything that makes up the SupaBox reportoire.
Watch the calories burn with this kilo-buster!
 
CIRCUIT
BOOT CAMP
KO KIDS

A complete boxing circuit where every station is different and covers a combination of bag drills and core fitness exercises.
Whether it's a standard 12 round circuit or a 24 round turbo version this will harden up every part of you!

An early morning mix of running, pushups, situps and anything else you can think of mixed in with boxing drills crammed into a 45 minute workout.
Nothing is left to chance as we cover everything that will guarantee to get you in the best shape ever!
Camps kick off the first Monday of every month and involve a total of 12 sessions.

For the kids who want to learn boxing.
Covers core boxing drills including footwork, defensive skills and combinations along with lots of fun and fitness drills.
Great for confidence, self defence and basic introduction to the sport of boxing.
