Our trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and friendly environment.

Bendigo native Lynden Hosking is a six time Australian champion, three times Oceanic champion and 1996 Commonwealth champion. He represented Australia at the 1993 and 1997 World Championships, the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and won a bronze medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur. He is also the former boxing coach of the Carlton Football Club.

Our other trainers have extensive physical training experience and have one thing on their minds: making your experience at SupaBox a fun, exciting and rewarding one.
